Bringing a change is always hard, but when it comes to changing behaviors it is doubly hard with the resistance of ingrained habit thrown in. A group in Stockholm, Sweden tried to use make use of fun to influence change.
Their problem: How do you interest more people to use the stairs when escalator is nearby?
The group planned and executed an elaborate scheme to make the trip up and down the stairs more fun than using the escalator. How did they do it?
